I have a history of patella femoral issues and have found the built in technology provides more proprioceptive feedback to continue working on my knee tracking and lumbopelvic stability.

Just came across this product and decided to give it a try. is a device that helps promote recovery and enhance circulation.
A number of university teams & professional athletes throughout North America are using the product for recovery after training and especially travel when they are sedentary for hours.
I have always had issues with circulation during travel and don’t fly without my compression socks but loved the added support of the firefly device.
For anyone interested in learning more or trying them out, reach out, I can offer you a discount code and if there is enough interest I might start carrying them in the clinic!
