Therapy is not just for crisis. 💡 This is one of the most common misconceptions we hear. You don't have to be falling apart to benefit from counselling. Many people come to therapy to understand themselves better, improve their relationships, build healthier patterns, or work through something that's been quietly weighing on them for years. You deserve support for the things that aren't emergencies too.
