Exciting Sub-contract Corporate hatha yoga class!

Starts: January 2025 and ongoing two month commitments
Location: Langley BC
When: Thursdays
Time: 12-12:45 PM
Pay: $50 per class

Requirements:

-200 hrs or more yoga alliance certification
-Two or more years teaching experience
-Liability instructor insurance
-Offer easier to more advanced modifications for every pose
-Be dedicated and punctual
-Passionate about sharing yoga!

An asset, but not required:
Corporate yoga teaching experience

Very excited for the next wellness week October 23rd to 26th! Chair yoga, pilates for back health, sound healing meditation and candlelight yoga. All of our segments promote proper breathing to help reduce stress and fatigue. 💕

Today was our last day of wellness week at Vitrum. We ended with an Ayurvedic cooking demonstration with 20 participants, it was a huge success! We had so much fun and can't wait for our next one in October!

Yoga Wellness Week starts tomorrow! Starting at 7 AM with a 10 minute Yoga stretch with the morning shift production team. From 12 to 1 PM, the office staff will do a proper breathing, chair yoga and relaxation session. Monday concludes with the production afternoon shift, 10 minute Yoga stretch. It's going to be so much fun!

My spring wellness event starts April 17th!

I'm so excited to be adding a 10 minute stretch session that production employees will do prior to the start of their day. Some other fun events are proper breathing, work station stretches, relaxation techniques, meditation, chair yoga and an Ayurvedic nutrition demo! It will be an amazing and fun week for Vitrum Glass employees!
