Opt Fitness Training At Opt Fitness, our mission is to coach and inspire women to feel confident, competent, and in control of their bodies and lives.

With COVID-19 lockdowns exacerbating the already alarming levels of health epidemic and inactivity around the globe, we aim to help others achieve a better level of health and fitness through our FREE services. We achieve that by providing wholistic and high quality personal training services. Our services include Mindset, Movement, Nutrition and Recovery training sessions where we strive to achieve what we call "Deep Health". These sessions include exercise training, nutrition coaching, fascial stretch therapy, mindset coaching and many more modalities that collectively aim to help our clients achieve their health and fitness goals safely and effectively. All our services are designed and tailored towards women: Our team is comprised of highly educated professionals accredited from Stanford University, Integrative Women's Health Institute, Girls Gone Strong, National Academy of Sports Medicine and other household names in women's health and wellness. We use cutting-edge technology like body composition analysis devices, metabolic testing kits and high-quality fitness equipment to create scientific and measurable programs for women to exceed their own expectations and truly realize their potential.
