As winter’s stillness begins to thaw, it’s time to shake off the quiet and step into your fullest expression. Join us for a Heart Centred Circle focused on the throat chakra and self-expression, where we’ll explore the power of our voices, release what holds us back, and reconnect with our truth.

Through breath, movement, sound and shared presence, we’ll awaken what’s been dormant and give voice to what longs to be heard. 🔥💙

We are excited about our upcoming Heart Centred Circle!

After a long winter break, we are ready to reconnect & open our hearts and support couples in a night of connection.

If you are not in a couple - bring of a friend!

We also look forward to introducingbour new home!
Triple Moon, located at 76 Bastion Street, Nanaimo.

This event will include traditional cacao. Please refrain from consuming alcohol or caffeine a minimum of 6hrs before the event. Consult with your doctor if you are pregnant or have a pre existing heart condition/take blood pressure medication.

Circle starts at 6:30pm

Each circle invites a different theme of exploration and will always include a variation of breath meditation, embodied movement and sounds healing.
