Our society aims to recognize the work of current leaders as well as foster the development of future leaders in Pharmacy.

The PLS x Heart Leadership Conference 💚💛is dedicated to inspiring and developing leadership skills among pharmacy students. It features engaging sessions led by industry professionals, faculty, and community leaders on topics such as mental health, entrepreneurship, and career development. By participating, you will gain substantial leadership skills and contribute to our mission of fostering leadership, advancing pharmacy education, and building a strong community of future leaders. 💊🥼🩺

Event Details:

📅 Date: Friday, February 27th, 2026

⏰ Time: 5:00 PM - 9:00 PM
*(5-5:45PM will be dinner, booths and LinkedIn headshots, opening ceremony will start at 5:45PM in PHRM 1101)

📍 Location: UBC Pharmaceutical Sciences Building (2405 Wesbrook Mall), check-in at the Pharmacy Atrium

💰 Tickets: $25 for non-PLS members, $20 for PLS members

✨UBC Phi Lambda Sigma (PLS) - Epsilon Nu Chapter is very excited to be hosting an in-person information night to provide more information about our Chapter and the recruitment process✨

This event is open to ALL UBC pharmacy students interested in learning more about PLS, what it means to be a PLS member, and how to apply for membership. Participants will also have the opportunity to meet and chat with current PLS members, including our Executive Team and Faculty Advisors, as well as our sponsor Neighbourly Pharmacy.
🔥There will be free food, drinks, and raffle prizes🔥

📍When: Thursday, October 23rd, 2025 from 5:30-7:00 pm (info night)
**Dinner will be provided from 5:30-6pm and our presentation will begin at 6pm 😁
📍Where: In person at UBC PharmSci Building (Room 3101) 💚💛

Phi Lambda Sigma is the International Pharmacy Leadership Society with 1 chapter in Canada (this is us!) and 138 chapters in the U.S. Our mission is to support pharmacy leadership commitment by recognizing leaders and fostering leadership development. This year, we have a dynamic lineup of events, including the Skills for Success workshop series and the first-time-ever Leadership Conference for UBC PharmD students. We are thrilled to expand our network of leaders, both within Canada and beyond its borders. PLS offers a professional platform that enables our students to glean insights from pharmacy leaders spanning North America.
