B.C.’s seniors’ population is growing and people are living longer. But new data shows many are waiting longer for the supports they rely on.

Today, the Office of the Seniors Advocate released its annual monitoring report, highlighting rising pressure on key services like surgeries, long-term care, housing and safe hospital discharge.

We are grateful to Dan Levitt (BC Seniors Advocate), Susie Chant (Parliamentary Secretary for Seniors Services and LTC) and Councillor Mike Klassen (City of Vancouver), for making our event a priority to attend!
