The best naps are short and intentional — just 20–30 minutes. That’s the sweet spot where your brain gets a boost in energy, focus, and mood without slipping into deep sleep (aka the stage that leaves you groggy when you wake up). Think of it as a “reset button” for your day.

Pro tip: Nap earlier in the afternoon so it doesn’t interfere with nighttime sleep. 🌙✨
