Welcome to our Empower Squad Wellness Club + LIVE Bootcamp Page - for the Vancouver + Tri City Area!!

Last year the Empower Squad LIVE Bootcamp started when a handful of wellness professionals from our coaching team wanted to come together to serve our community in a new innovative way TOGETHER!!!

We started hosting monthly LIVE bootcamps for our community on fields + at sunny parks/beaches around the tri cities!! We have been completely blown away by the interest + turn outs of woman wanting to sweat and come together!

Every month you get something new, rotating between our incredible local wellness trainers who are all certified to teach fitness, yoga and dance!

Through rain, snow and sunshine we made sure no matter what the BOOTCAMP would run monthly last year and appreciate every single one of you that SHOWED UP 👟 ! Congratulations to everyone who came out our first year! Now let's BRING IT ON AGAIN!

P.S. these are open to anyone in the community who want a 30-45 min workout once a month ! We host it on the first Saturday of the month at different locations ( usually near Pitt meadows/ maple ridge ) Keep posted on this page + check in with your Empower Squad Coach if you have any questions~!!!
