That’s STRETCH at its best! Jasmin is a fine yoga teacher her who also happens to be in one of our best local bands Mother Mother. I was trying to use one of my favourite songs GET UP but it’s not available here anymore. Catch it on their website. Support local bands and yoga studios 🥳

EAT TO MOVE WORKSHOP SERIES
Join us for a STRETCH collab with The Pacific Nutrition Collective
The Pacific Nutrition Collective (PNC) are experienced and like-minded wellness educators Keyrsten McEwan, Nancy Coles and Robert Wilson-Smith who create content for healthcare professionals and people serious about their health. With backgrounds in holistic nutrition, personal training, yoga teaching and cooking, we focus on evidence-based research and its applications in nutrition, food preparation and physical training.
Session 1: Nutrition 101 Foundation Tuesday, September 30th | 6:30PM - 8:30PM
Master the fundamentals that everyone should know but most people never learned. Decode macros and micros, understand body composition vs. weight, and finally grasp energy balance in a way that makes sense. Leave with a clear roadmap for making nutrition choices that align with your goals.
Session 2: The Women’s Hour Tuesday, October 28th | 6:30PM - 8:30PM
Navigate hormone health at every life stage—from menstrual cycles to menopause and beyond. While all genders are welcome, this session focuses specifically on XX women’s unique nutritional needs. Discover how to eat to support your hormones instead of fighting against them.
Session 3: Longevity & Performance Are Not Mutually Exclusive! Tuesday, November 25th 6:30PM - 8:30PM
Shatter the myth that you have to choose between peak performance and long-term health. Learn the science-backed strategies that fuel both immediate results and lifelong vitality. Perfect timing before the holiday season to set yourself up for sustainable success.

CLASS SWITCH
We are now offering ACTIVE YIN HAMSTRINGS on FRIDAYS and ACTIVE YIN SHOULDERS on SUNDAYS.
Both classes are offered in studio and online (live with a recorded link good for 24 hours).
The Saturday noon and Monday evening classes will remain the ACTIVE YIN HIPS.
We’ll take your feedback and switch these from time to time.
If you haven’t yet tried ACTIVE YIN CLASSES, you don’t know what you’re missing!

Are you currently in perimenopause? Participate in ’s research about sexuality!
The SWell Lab is looking for women and people with ovaries to participate in a ~30 to 45 min
online survey in understanding people’s experiences of perimenopause and sexuality. You may
be eligible if you...
• are between the ages of 42-51
• are currently experiencing symptoms of perimenopause
• fluent in English
• are living in Canada or the US
• have access to an internet-connected device
What is involved: This study involves completion of one online survey.
Compensation: Participants will be compensated $20 (CAD) for participation in the survey.
Inclusivity: This study aims to be inclusive to individuals of all genders and sexual orientations.
