Our physio Sam was out in the community recently participating in two workshops on fall prevention for seniors! His sessions focused on helping seniors build strength, improve balance, and stay steady on their feet through simple exercises and practical tips for everyday life. Don’t worry if you missed him, he’ll be back in January! A big thank-you to the iCON Project – UBC Digital Emergency Medicine for having him.
