✨✨ What I eat in a day ✨
I prioritize protein, organic veggies, and healthy fats 🥩🥦🥑
This keeps my abs defined, tummy flat, blood sugar stable, and nervous system calm.
I also aim to eat every 3–4 hours, have my first meal within 1–2 hours of waking, and finish eating before 8 PM ⏰
