I prioritize protein, organic veggies, and healthy fats 🥩🥦🥑

This keeps my abs defined, tummy flat, blood sugar stable, and nervous system calm.

I also aim to eat every 3–4 hours, have my first meal within 1–2 hours of waking, and finish eating before 8 PM ⏰

I like to keep things simple, nutrient-dense, and gut-friendly 🌿

🌊 Morning ritual → mineral-rich filtered water with lemon + sea salt to hydrate & energize
🍳 Breakfast → savory + low carb with veggies, healthy fats & quality meat
🥗 Lunch → leafy greens, colorful veggies, cauliflower rice & grass-fed beef
🥑 Snack → homemade guac with cucumber + celery sticks
🌮 Dinner → plantain tortillas loaded with ground beef, fresh veggies & asparagus
