Somewhere in my early twenties I forgot how to play. I thought had to act like a professional to be a good businesswoman. I believed I had to act serious so nobody would suspect that in reality, I didn't have a clue what I was doing.

The yoga practice has brought that back to me.
Learning how to uncover that childlike playfulness has been a huge part of my healing journey. I hope to share time playing with you on the mat. Reach out to schedule a lesson.
