A little Riley update, Do Well community!

BC Hydro has issued mandatory upgrading electrical services in the area, so our Riley studio will be closed June 3rd + 4th due to scheduled power interruptions.

We’ll be back to regular hours on Friday, June 5th - lights on, music up, and ready to move with you again.

🏈 Field Scan (Neck CARs) – take your neck through its full range so it doesn’t stiffen while you’re glued to the screen.

🏈 Celebration Prep (Shoulder CARs) – slow, controlled circles to shake off couch tension.

🏈 Mid-Back Pivot (T-Spine CARs) – rotate through your upper back and undo the slouch.

🏈 Sideline Stable (Single-Leg Calf Raise) – build balance and ankle resilience, no support needed.

🏈 Game Day Split (Heel-Elevated BSS) – back foot on the couch, sink deep, keep the knees strong.
