First up there was Strategic Money Mindset with the incredible Bryn and Eleni from BE Wealth. We talked about the subconscious patterns that keep smart, capable people stuck in their relationship with money. The room was electric.

Then a Keynote at Jen Thaker’s Women in Wealth Lunch. We dove into a powerful tool for grounding yourself into confidence when it matters most.

This is perimenopause. And most women are navigating it alone, without real information, without community, and without anyone telling them what to actually expect.

That changes on April 25th.

I’m co-hosting Perimenopause Unfiltered — Staying Strong Through the Shift Together, a half-day women’s wellness workshop in Vancouver bringing together three experts in hormonal health, mindset, and midlife for the honest conversation that’s long overdue.

Dr. Catherine Multari, ND — Naturopathic Doctor and Menopause Society Certified Practitioner. The science behind perimenopause symptoms, your hormone health options, and what’s actually going on in your body.
