2025 was a really big year… the decision to sell my cabin after 21 years took a lot of work and emotional space. But Geoff and I were up for the challenge. We had to let go of Horne Lake so we could explore the west coast - a new chapter a new goal has begun!

So I thought it would be really cool to have Casey Simon read my astrological chart to make sure I was on point for well the next 25+ years.

Last night I went for a facial at and yes, it was amazing but what caught my eye was their red light therapy machine! I have the exact same one in my clinic and realized we never talk about the incredible benefits of red light therapy!!!
For the face it stimulates collagen I use it in every facial acupuncture treatment but it’s a powerhouse of healing:
It reduces pain and inflammation think arthritis and chronic inflammatory conditions.

Patients are always asking me if I do acupuncture on myself. No, I prefer to have it done esp on my neck and shoulders. It’s way more effective!

What I Do...

Where there is blockage there is pain or blocked energy. This pain can be due to stress, repetitive strain, injury, improper diet or emotional trauma. Yes, emotional wounds get stored in our bodies and can effect our sleep, digestion and menstrual cycles and lead to anxiety, depression and IBS.

Using the tools of Chinese medicine - acupuncture, cupping and gua sha, I work to release this trapped energy causing you pain and illness. You may also be given a food plan to follow, lifestyle suggestions and chinese herbs to further support your treatment and healing.
