Greetings lovely people. I’m back from my holiday break. After much thinking and reflection, I’ve decided to shut down my physical location and move operations to online/virtual services. The COVID restrictions make it tough to have in person services. On the bright side, I can be open throughout the week and have longer operating hours. Stay tuned to the changes coming soon.

Tonight’s reading is another wellness message. Dance to your own beat. Don’t remain idle during isolation, but keep the body active. Whether it’s dancing, yoga or HIIT. Move with the flow. Use the flow to express yourself. Staying active helps connect with spirit. Saying idle will cause stagnation with your spiritual channels. Get in tune with that energy and move move move!

I like to be versatile with the services I offer. I offer both in person and distant/virtual services. If you’re in the Vancouver area, you can book an in person session on the website whether it’s a Reiki or Tarot. We follow a strict sanitizing protocol and use Health Canada approved sanitizers. If that’s not good enough, we provide virtual sessions as well. #

Tonight’s post is about spiritual growth. You don’t have to be an enlightened guru to be spiritual. Connection with spirit is within, and it’s within all of us if you’re willing to take the time. It can be as simple as meditation, walking, reading or tuning in to your deck of cards. Take time to reflect and remember that it’s not a race. Everybody grows and develop at their own pace.

Tonight’s reading is about cleanliness. Cleanliness makes a big difference in one’s environment. If you think putting something as innocent as a box on the stairs landing is harmless, guess again. It’s always important to clean any new objects you bring into the house as you don’t want the energies of the previous owner or location attached. Also placement of objects makes a difference too. Anyone who knows feng shui would know this. I could go on and on. Anyways, if you’re feeling stuck or heavy, start by tiding up your living or work space. Get rid of stuff that doesn’t spark joy. Don’t forget to recycle accordingly
