I suffered multiple concussions from seeking rush, extreme sports, fighting; deeply searching for something external to help me feel.

I had to find a softer way…

Thrill-seeking is external;
softness taught me to feel deeply within.

In that softness I came home. I learned how to truly feel.

It's not about becoming, it's about unlearning and remembering:

We came into this world knowing how to breathe.

We have forgotten.

We have learned maladaptive breathing patterns that affect every aspect of our life.

Breathwork offers an opportunity to remember what it is like to deeply feel your body.

Many of us spend so much time in our thoughts.
Your nervous system is made of neurons (electrical impulses).

Afferent neurons carry information from the body to the brain, whereas Efferent neurons carry information from the brain to the body.

When we look at the vagus nerve, responsible for calming, it is made up of 80% Afferent, and only 20% Efferent neurons.

Our bodies are constantly sensing and relaying information to determine how we think, feel and behave.

Reconnection to the body is what you may experience following breathwork.
