Break Free from Emotional & Binge Eating: It Is Possible 💛

Have you ever felt like you know what to do… but still find yourself emotionally eating, binge eating, or feeling out of control around food?

So many approaches focus mostly on behaviours, willpower, mindset, or food rules.
And while some of these approaches are not necessarily wrong, they are often incomplete... which is why results can feel temporary, inconsistent, or exhausting to maintain.

Because emotional eating is rarely just about food.

There is often a deeper missing piece:
the nervous system, stress physiology, emotional overwhelm, self-sabotage patterns, and the body’s need for safety, soothing, and relief.

In this free workshop, we’ll explore:

When there's a lot going on, when there's a storm in your life or you feel overwhelmed... anchoring and grounding like a tree can be helpful...this is not about trying to feel relaxed or great, it's about finding some steadiness and stability while dealing with a lot. Watch and/or listen to this video with lots of trees...

You know exactly what to eat, what to do, but somehow you feel stuck around food!

I love it when someone comments on how much I just ate and gives me health advice on how to make better food choices without me even asking for it!

Says no one ever! HAHAHAHA!

Many of the people I work with are actually very self-aware!
Insight is not enough...

Insight and change don’t happen in the same system.
Insight happens in the thinking mind.

But patterns like emotional eating live in the nervous system.
So when your system shifts into stress or overwhelm, your thinking mind is no longer leading.

The work is learning how to work with your system in those moments and actually help your physiology change, by including your neurobiology.

I will be teaching on this what it means to change your neurobiolohgy so that you can break free from unwanted patterns, like emotional or binge eating from a gentle and caring way in my next class see link in comments! See less
