We’re excited to share this inspiring conversation between InspireHealth CEO Loveena Chera-Tsaparas and media icon Shushma Datt on an episode of OMNI Television’s Women in Focus.

In the interview, Loveena speaks about the importance of supportive cancer care and how InspireHealth supports people affected by cancer and their loved ones through free in-person and virtual programs and services that support physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being. She also discusses how culture and community can influence the way people experience, talk about, and seek support throughout the cancer journey.

On a more personal note, she reflects on some of the people and experiences that have shaped her life and career — including immigrating to Canada at a young age, the importance of family and community, and what inspired her path to InspireHealth.

InspireHealth attended the Nursing Across the Cancer Care Continuum Conference, an event that brings together oncology nurses and specialists from across BC to connect, share insights, and discuss updates on nursing care of cancer patients.

During her presentation, Dr. Kristin Campbell discussed how physical activity can improve both physical and mental health during cancer and highlighted InspireHealth’s programs and services. It was wonderful connecting with so many people afterward and sharing more about our free life-changing support for cancer patients and their loved ones.

InspireHealth had an information booth at the Wellness Expo for Boogie the Bridge in Kamloops, an event that brings the community together through movement and community involvement.

It was a great opportunity to connect with the community and share information about our new InspireHealth Kamloops Centre, providing cancer patients and their loved ones with free programs and services to support their physical and mental health.

What a day at the Vancouver Sun Run! ☀️

InspireHealth was thrilled to be one of the official charity partners of this iconic event, coming together with thousands to run for causes that matter.

Our team showed up full or spirit and lots of heart, running to support our free programs and services that improve the health, well-being, and quality of life of people affected by cancer. There were smiles, high-fives, and plenty of memorable moments along the route.

We are deeply saddened by the loss of one of our dear Advisors, Brian Josling. Brian was a passionate supporter of InspireHealth for many years, first serving on our Board and later continuing to support in an advisory role.

He brought a thoughtful perspective, a genuine commitment to making a difference, and a depth of leadership experience that shaped many organizations, including ours.

Brian’s kindness, spirit of serving and generosity will be carried forward by the many lives he touched. He will be greatly missed.

InspireHealth is thrilled to be one of the official charity partners of the 2026 Vancouver Sun Run this year, one of Canada’s largest and longest-running road races that brings people together to move for causes that matter.

Our InspireHealth team will be running on April 19th to raise money for our FREE programs and services that improve the health, well-being, and quality of life of people affected by cancer.
