What is Reiki?

Reiki is an ancient Japanese form of energy healing. It is a simple yet powerful method of natural healing for the body and the mind that can be used to treat just about any ailments or malady. The practicioner channels the energy using their hands to facilitate the flow of energy through the body and the chakras. Reiki is said to encourage physical and emotional healing, as well as promote overall wellness and health.

Hello beautiful souls! I wanted to invite everyone to be a part of my new journey. As a Violet Flame Usui Reiki Master I now offer in-person or distance energy healing sessions. I am also a Divine Channeller which means I can communicate and receive messages from souls, spirit guides and beings. In addition to this, I am a Rainbow Kids YTT and 200hr YTT Yoga Alliance certified yoga teacher, currently working towards my 300hr. I offer mainly restorative and Yin yoga styles as a way to assist the physical body process and release stored traumas and emotions which complement the energy work very nicely.
