This week on The Movement Living Podcast we catch up with Tina Tang to hear about her experience with plyometrics (HINT: she only started in her 40s), how women actually need to move to age better, bone health, and stories as a personal trainer to women from age 50-80!

Tina took up fitness over a decade ago after some unplanned life changes including a difficult divorce—and fast forward to the present day at 54, her proudest achievements include coaching her female clients to their first pull-ups and competing in their first powerlifting competitions.
