We are so excited to welcome you to a unique and rejuvenating evening at our Acupuncture Yoga Event, where movement, breath, and acupuncture come together in a deeply calming experience.
⭐️All skill levels are welcome.⭐️
The class will begin with a 45 minute yoga flow to gently awaken the body, release tension, and calm the mind. We’ll close with a deeply relaxing 20 minute savasana, during which acupuncture treatment will be applied to key points to enhance relaxation, regulate the nervous system, boost immunity and promote inner balance.

Reminiscing on our last Acupuncture Sound Bath...
The room was still. The cello and every instrument resonated through each heart, and the energy was soft, grounding, and expansive.

It’s hard to fully describe the experience, but words like clear, light, restored, transformed, balanced, and connected were shared by those in the room that night.

These moments are our why to create time and space for our community to optimize, recalibrate, and just be present.

Reminiscing about our Yoga + Acupuncture evening last night!
The energy was grounding, the movement was nourishing and the savasana acupuncture left everyone floating in deep relaxation. We began with a rejuvenating yoga flow led by Agni, designed to open the body and calm the mind then moved into the stillness with acupuncture, allowing each person to drop even deeper into rest and healing.
Thank you everyone who joined us and shared this special space. We are still feeling the afterglow 🌟
