Beyond Pilates was established in 2007, and has become one of the centres for learning the Pilates Method in western Canada. Beyond Pilates is dedicated to the original philosophy of Joseph Pilates, which advocates physical fitness as the first requisite of happiness. By upholding the fundamental principles of the Pilates Method, BP gives clients the means to enhance and empower their lives through the complete coordination of body, mind and spirit.

We’re thrilled to welcome them into the BP Teacher Training Programs! Dila Dilek and Alicja Beigalska will be starting their Comprehensive Training, while Amber Gillespie will begin her BP Bridge Program.
As you know, Noam selects only a small number of candidates each year. These women have already put in tremendous effort to be chosen, and a key part of their training includes practice teaching—so we can’t wait for you to be part of their growth journey too!

What an incredible weekend! Each day brought different groups—teachers from other studios, our dedicated trainees, and our passionate students. We were also lucky to have our good friend, the amazing Christine Waterman, join us all the way from Kamloops to take the workshop.
It was a fabulous, exciting, and fun weekend filled with learning, growth, and community. We truly never stop learning!
