Hi all, as you may notice I rarely post much here, as such I'll be merging this account with my partner Julia at Fluidity Fitness where she will then start to manage our collective offerings. Once the merge is complete we will both operate solely as Sacred Ground Health, and you will be invited to join the new page.

Rahim graduated from the Okanagan Valley College of Massage Therapy in 2014 and continues to expand his knowlege through continuing education in CranioSacral Therapy, SomatoEmotional Release and Visceral Manipulation (organ massage).
