When healing feels overwhelming, take some deep breaths.
Deep breath in, hold it for 3 seconds and let it out.
Try to imagine the tension, stress, and upset feelings release with every breath out, and breath in the peace, breath in the relaxing feelings, breath in the good.
It's the small steps that count, and sometimes that's the biggest steps you can make. And that's okay, it's normal, and you can heal with time because you deserve it. đ
