Topical Vitamin C is an antioxidant that can help to minimize fine lines by stimulating collagen, brighten complexion, even out skin tone and diminish dark spots. L-ascorbic acid has traditionally been considered the gold standard “pure vitamin c” but there are some great alternatives now available as well that may be preferred by those who don’t tolerate l-ascorbic acid well.
