2️⃣ Hip CARs – Moves your hips through their full range with control, keeping joints mobile and preventing stiffness from sitting.
3️⃣ Banded Mountain Climber – Dynamically strengthens hip flexors and engages your core for better running, stair climbing, and explosive movement.
✨ Consistency beats intensity. Just a few minutes a day makes a difference!
