All the flashy bodywork moves you see on Instagram might catch your attention and make you press “like”.

What can you expect from a Breathwork Session?

Every session is different, but the intention is the same: helping you reconnect with yourself through the power of your breath.

Using a Conscious Connected breathing technique, we’ll help you slow down, release tension held in the body, regulate your nervous system, and create space for whatever needs attention. Some people leave feeling lighter and calmer. Others experience emotional release, greater self-awareness, or a renewed sense of clarity about what matters most.

Breathwork can:

- Reduce stress and overwhelm
- Release physical and emotional tension
- Improve nervous system regulation and resilience

You don’t need any experience. Just bring your breath and an open mind.

At the Stretch Space we offer 60 and 90min breath sessions with on of our trainer facilitators.

Contrary to what you’ve been told - when something hurts, it’s not necessarily broken.

Pain does not always mean something is wrong.

What pain does tell us - is that something needs tending to. Something needs listening to.

Neck traction can feel like a reset for your whole system.

During a stretch therapy session, gentle traction helps create space through the neck and upper spine while calming the nervous system. Clients often leave feeling lighter, less tense, and able to move and breathe more freely.

It’s often people’s favourite part :)

Today marks 8 yrs in business!

We started this journey, a new couple, as a way to bring this work to people that had had such a profound impact on our lives.

At the time, stretching was still up and coming in popularity and we saw the gap in services and in education. So we took the leap and built the wellness business we wanted to see in the city!

What a journey it has been. Moving into a new space, becoming a team of 4 practitioners, adding a baby (now another on the way!), retreats, workshops, and a full fledged training program.

Thank you to everyone who has supported us along the way. We couldn’t be more grateful!
