I'm excited to share that I've opened up morning coaching times! If you're ready to take the first step towards self-discovery and empowerment, let's work together. My areas of expertise include virtual functional movement/fitness training, life coaching, grief coaching, pain/chronic illness management and systems, behavior change, self-empowerment, and self-discovery.
Our sessions are 1-hour long and available on Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday mornings. Whether you need guidance, motivation, or just a friendly ear, our sessions seamlessly fit into your busy schedule. Plus, with online sessions, we can connect no matter where you are. Kris McKenna-Dabiri was born and raised in the beautiful city of Vancouver, British Columbia, and has always been inspired by the diversity of people and beauty that reside there. She is an outgoing, open-minded and strong-willed individual who enjoys expanding her knowledge and facing new challenges.
Kris co-founded and operated Social City Networking INC. alongside her identical twin sister, Sara Rose McKenna, for 6 years and is constantly involved with creative and motivating projects to further explore and grow the sense of community. Kris also partnered to a SaaS project, co-founded two charity organizations, Team Awesome & Get Warm Project. Kris works full-time as a certified ACE Personal Trainer, Functional Training Specialist and is currently expanding within the health and wellness community through her company, Mu**to Fitness. Her career goals include expanding her experience by working with experts and mentors, gaining certification within the Health/Life Coach fields, and eventually, creating a welcoming space to tie both her experience and knowledge together with her community. Kris thrives in social initiatives as well as community outreach and is an active and passionate member of her community.
