Meet at the Parkgate Village, (1175 Mt Seymour Rd, North Vancouver, BC.) outside Safeway entrance area.

I am excited to host my spiritual walk again at Mt Seymour Old Buck Access Trail at the Mt Seymour picnic area below the Mt Seymour ski parking lot. This is a very short and easy trail of only 1.4 KM each way. The environment is serene and pleasant, good for even seniors who have mobility issues as it is rated a beginner's trail. Close toe shoes are however required due to rocks and tree roots exposed on the trail. We will meet either rain or shine as the weather forecast is only for light rain or drizzle.

For those who are sensitive with spiritual energy, this place has a mountain deity residing in deep meditation to create this dome of high spiritual vibration to uplift and refresh our body for a more balanced holistic health and grounding. We will be renewed with our mind, body and spirit after the walk in easy and relaxing paces.

After the walk, we will go to the nearby restaurant to enjoy a wholesome yet healthy lunch together if you are available. This lunch gathering is optional.

Since it is hard to find the Mt Seymour picnic area, we will be meeting outside at the parking lot of Safeway nearby the sign of Starbucks at the Parkgate Village, 1175 Mt Seymour Rd, North Vancouver, BC. It is located at the northwest corner of Mt Seymour PKWY & Mt Seymour Road. We will meet there between 10:30am - 11:00am before we head up to the Mt Seymour picnic area.

Our next Golden Horn Turkish Cafe Meetup is happening on Thu. Apr 16th, 7pm - 9:30pm. Welcome to bring friends to join us. I am usually there around 6pm to have my dinner first. Welcome to join me at the Scottish Cultural Centre - Celtic Room for this exciting yet relaxing class on Monday evenings, 7pm - 9pm. We will start the class with one hour crystal bowl meditation with the sound wave of the crystal bowl to relax and cleanse you to rid off your stress with chakras alignment, then followed by Oracle card reading for the next hour to share some insights on spiritual knowledge and experience to guide and direct you in a positive and beneficial ways to face your daily challenges while creating opportunities to enhance and better your life for holistic wellness.

Date: Sat., April 4th @ 10:30am (Cypress Falls parking lot)

I am excited to schedule this spiritual walk/ hike at Cypress Falls in West Vancouver to experience some forest bath in a high vibrational environment to welcome Spring.
This is an intermediate level hike. It will require a bit of climbing, but nothing too challenging. We will also experience some high spiritual vibration provided by the nature surrounding the trail we are on. We will end at the head of the big waterfall to enjoy some refreshing sound of the falling water and Phytoncidin along the way there by the trees.

We will meet up at the Cypress Falls parking lot nearby Hwy 1 exit 4 (Woodgreen Dr./ Headland Dr.) around 10:30am. The entire walk, round trip, takes about two hours. After the hike, we can then go to lunch together as an optional choice. We will decide where to eat after the hike.

More information about the location of the Cypress Falls parking lot can be found here, https://westvancouver.ca/.../parks.../cypress-falls-parkWe might have to pay for expensive parking fees here, so car pooling to share the parking fees is highly suggested. There is also a bus station nearby if you decide to take transit.

Welcome to bring a friend who is happy to enjoy this walk in an intermediate level rated hike. Some of you might need to bring some walking sticks or poles to support yourselves. Bring water and some trail snacks in case you get a bit thirsty or hungry.
