Welcome to join me at the Scottish Cultural Centre - Celtic Room for this exciting yet relaxing class on Monday evenings, 7pm - 9pm. We will start the class with one hour crystal bowl meditation with the sound wave of the crystal bowl to relax and cleanse you to rid off your stress with chakras alignment, then followed by Oracle card reading for the next hour to share some insights on spiritual knowledge and experience to guide and direct you in a positive and beneficial ways to face your daily challenges while creating opportunities to enhance and better your life for holistic wellness.

Welcome to join us for a relaxing and also enlightening class with our crystal bowl meditation plus spiritual knowledge sharing with Oracle cards and more.

Location: Mystic Waters Ranch, 19459 0 Ave, Surrey, BC

(Note: please arrive the location by 6:55pm to set yourself up, thanks)

You will walk away with a relaxed mind and body, also filled with universal knowledge to become a wiser person.

Please bring your own Yoga mat, blanket and pillow. We have an extra blanket in case you still feel cold. Bring your water as well. You can park your car on the front lawn outside the main house. Our meditation room is in the barn east of the main house after passing a metal gate.

Our next Golden Horn Turkish Cafe Meetup is happening on Thu., May 21st, 7pm - 9:30pm. Welcome to bring friends to join us. I am usually there around 6pm to have my dinner first. You can join me early if you liked. You can also come late, anytime between 7pm - 9:30pm as our gathering here is very casual.Golden Horn Turkish Cafe is diagonally across from the Vancouver City Hall on Cambie Street. The entrance of Golden Horn is at the ground level of Plaza 500 building on Cambie side, 2857 Cambie Street, Vancouver, BC, V5Z 3Y8. Plenty of street parkings is around the cafe.

This cafe prepares its food daily with freshness and quality ingredients. Dear all,

On Saturday, May 16th, 2026 @11:00am, let's meet at the parking lot of Surrey Nature Centre, 14225 Green Timbers Way, Surrey, to enjoy a stroll in the Green Timber Park for some forest bath. We will spend an easy and enjoyable time in the park and immerse in the great spiritual energy the park has to offer. This is a short and easy stroll around the park, so not much of a physical workout. This is more of a spiritual event to chat about life and spirituality while bathing in the high vibrational energy of Green Timber Park.

After our stroll around the park, we will decide where to have our lunch together afterwards. Lunch is optional, so don't feel obligated to join if you have other things to take care of. We will choose a restaurant nearby for those who are ready to join us for lunch.

Meet at the Parkgate Village, (1175 Mt Seymour Rd, North Vancouver, BC.) outside Safeway entrance area.

I am excited to host my spiritual walk again at Mt Seymour Old Buck Access Trail at the Mt Seymour picnic area below the Mt Seymour ski parking lot. This is a very short and easy trail of only 1.4 KM each way. The environment is serene and pleasant, good for even seniors who have mobility issues as it is rated a beginner's trail. Close toe shoes are however required due to rocks and tree roots exposed on the trail. We will meet either rain or shine as the weather forecast is only for light rain or drizzle.

For those who are sensitive with spiritual energy, this place has a mountain deity residing in deep meditation to create this dome of high spiritual vibration to uplift and refresh our body for a more balanced holistic health and grounding. We will be renewed with our mind, body and spirit after the walk in easy and relaxing paces.

After the walk, we will go to the nearby restaurant to enjoy a wholesome yet healthy lunch together if you are available. This lunch gathering is optional.

Since it is hard to find the Mt Seymour picnic area, we will be meeting outside at the parking lot of Safeway nearby the sign of Starbucks at the Parkgate Village, 1175 Mt Seymour Rd, North Vancouver, BC. It is located at the northwest corner of Mt Seymour PKWY & Mt Seymour Road. We will meet there between 10:30am - 11:00am before we head up to the Mt Seymour picnic area.
