With mixed emotions, we announce that Cassandra Alto, one of the administrative team members at Image Smiles Dental, has retired after 35 glorious years of service to embark on a new chapter in her life. We extend our deepest gratitude for her invaluable contributions over the years and wish her all the best in her future endeavors.
Rest assured, we will be taking the necessary steps to ensure a seamless transition and continue delivering the highest quality care to our patients. Dr. Jim Yeganegi has a personal message for Cassandra, thanking her for her years of dedication and hardwork at Image Smiles Dental:
“I recall starting my dental career in Vancouver at Dr. Ross' office, which was across from our current location. I was very nervous about seeing patients and doing real-life dentistry outside of dental school. Fortunately for me, Dr. Ross had built a practice with incredible team members who worked together with the common goal of doing the best for our patients. Cassandra was an integral part of that team and has been much more than that for the past twenty-seven years of my dental career, helping me and our patients. We have shared many great times and memories, and I have learned a lot from Cass. It was a very difficult and sad day when she told me she would be retiring, but knowing that she would be spending more time with her family and helping with her new grandchild helped us all cope with our emotions. We will all greatly miss her at the office and are truly grateful for her incredible dedication and commitment to our patients and her teammates over the years. We know she is not far away and will visit us regularly. Thank you, Cass!”
