We all struggle at times and it can be hard to face that struggle alone. While friends may often be supportive and want to help sometimes that's not enough. With over a decade of clinical knowledge and experience helping people in a variety of settings I bring a variety of treatment approaches to my work to help move you from where you are to where you want to go. Drawing on a number of interventions, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, EMDR. Self-Regulation Therapy, Mindfulness and Dialectical Behavior Therapy I provide a holistic and integrative approach.
