It is with mixed emotions that we write to inform you of an important decision regarding Pure Float. After much consideration, we have made the difficult choice to close our spa business in February.
This decision was not made lightly, and it comes with a heavy heart. We want to express our heartfelt gratitude for your loyalty and support throughout the years. It has been our pleasure to serve you and be a part of your wellness journey.
We would like to offer you the opportunity to use any remaining sessions you may have with us until the end of January. We understand that you may have prepaid packages or unused sessions, and we want to ensure that you have the chance to enjoy the services you've already purchased.
Here are some important details regarding the closure:
1. The last day of operation will be February 1st 2024.
2. You have until this date to redeem any remaining sessions or packages you have purchased.
3. Any future package purchases will have to be used before Feb 1st.
4. Unused sessions can be transferred to friends or family members if you wish.
5. We will be selling our spa equipment, which includes 5x NeuroSpa chairs and 5x ocean float rooms. If this is on any interest, you can reach out for more details by emailing us at admin@purefloat.ca.
If you have any questions, concerns, or need assistance with scheduling, our staff will be more than happy to assist you.
