🏀🏈🎾♟️🧘‍♀️🏃🏽Last month, therapists from Envision, along with therapists from all over the lower Mainland and , worked together to provide physiotherapy coverage for . This was a collaborative effort even including some amazing physiotherapy students. 📆 we've been a part of this amazing event for about 15 years and have watched it grow into the best multi sport, multi activity, community event for all ages and abilities! we look forward to being a part of this for years to come!🙏🏽 Thanks to amazing therapists from .ca at Rebalance MD, , (sorry for everyone I missed as I don't have all your socials)

When it comes to emergency care, First Responder certification is the level required to be a Sports Physical Therapist diploma holder. 🎓 This is a higher level than ⛑️ Standard First Aid, incorporating things such as complex trauma, spinal injuries, and more medical conditions. When teaching this through Sport Physiotherapy Canada, we also cover some of the knowledge related to working with a sports team. I've been teaching this for the past 15 years and the demand has definitely gone up as more and more therapists are getting certified to this level. 💪🏽. Last month I was lucky enough to teach and recertify three of my colleagues along with some other friends and colleagues in the community! 🙂 always fun! .....

It was a great weekend of Women's Professional Squash action at the Vancouver Lawn & Tennis club! 🙂 Envision Physio provided physiotherapy services to all the athletes, and also got to witness the highest level of squash play. Erin , Marcus .ajd, Taylor and Harry all pitched in to cover the tournament!
