Whether your treatment requires the skills of a single health care provider, an integrated approach within our clinical team, and/or consultations with outside professionals, we work with our patients to create and execute their treatment plan. Our foundation is built on community education and involvement. Our role in the community allows us to encourage and promote a healthy and active lifestyle for all of our patients. Supporting them while they strive and reach for their goals. Whether their goal is to finish their first 5 km run or to represent Canada on an international stage.
