PRENATAL YOGA CLASS IS BACK! 🤰🏻 🧘🏽♀️ Come and join other moms to be! In this weekly prenatal yoga class you will connect with your baby and soothe your body, mind and spirit! This gentle yoga practice is suitable for all trimesters of pregnancy, offering safe yoga asana, intuitive movement and breath work + meditation techniques to prepare for labour and for a more conscious birthing experience. Lau is a mother of two, a Certified Prenatal Yoga Teacher and a Certified Prenatal Fitness Instructor Specialist. Physician’s/midwife’s approval is required to participate in this class.
