✈️ Heading out for the holidays? Whether you’re driving to visit family or flying across the country, travel can be tough on your back. Small habits make a big difference:

• Lift luggage with your legs (not your back).
• Use a small lumbar roll or towel for back support on long drives.
• Take movement breaks every 30–60 minutes to walk and stretch.
• Pack a small resistance band for simple mobility exercises at your destination.
