I listened to a podcast about the benefits of methylation tests and decided to order a dnaPower test for me and my partner.
It reinforced that a consistent sleep/wake routine is critical for me and endurance exercise suits my body best. Additionally, I learnt that I should increase my intake of Omega-3 and Vitamin K. I now take Omega-3 supplements daily, have added more sources of Vitamin K in my diet and am more diligent with my sleep schedule.
I found the testing empowering, and validating of my own intuition.
