That is a wrap for 2025 🥳 My tradition is to close out the year with 12 days of Christmas yoga flow with the kids and they all did amazing, 16 classes in total! Thank you all for a wonderful year at the daycares, schools, centres and adult classes. Being a Yoga teacher has been such a journey of learning and growth and I can’t wait to see what comes for 2026 (I’ve got a few things up my sleeve)

Thank you for every cars, hug, smile and gift I truly appreciate the kindness. Now for a few days off to celebrate all the wonderful celebrations we have here to close out another calendar year.

We just finished making the Gyozas and they are fantastic! Bonus it made over 50 so we are freezing some for later. Parents this entire thing cost $20max and it got Penny into the kitchen helping us 🥰

Last week of November….who else is feeling it? I’ve been teaching 10 days straight days and needed today (between classes) to just put on my yoga music…chop veggies and create delicious food for us ❤️

One of my biggest lessons has been knowing when I needed a recharge and what I can do that puts me in that zen place. Being in the kitchen is mine (also the Forrest) and I have not gotten my hands creating and trying new adventures. So here is my experiment today Rosemary, beet sauerkraut (thank you for posting about the fermentation summit series) and of course a classic split pea soup 😋

What an amazing and fantastic course! Learning so much about our bodies, how they work, how I can support myself through this time of transition from my Pitta years to my Vata years. Anyone wanting to learn more I HIGHLY recommend as both and offer so much knowledge and deep rooted teachings to this practice. I already have been integrating little things into my classes and can’t wait to add more as we set into these months of dark and rest ❤️
