Yoga & Meditation Series
Join yoga and zen teacher Lisa Gibson, for a 5-week class series to dive into the practice of mindfulness in movement and in stillness.
As we settle into a fall with the business that the season can bring, mindfulness practices offer a way to cultivate our inner listening, filter through our habitual patterns, thoughts and behaviours, and unearth our true nature of being.
