ve diligently built my expertise, gaining valuable experience in holistic clinics, massage studios, and even providing mobile/in-home services. My specialization lies in deep tissue massages, which excel at breaking down scar tissue and muscle adhesions, often referred to as "knots." These knots, buried deep within muscle and fascia, can impede circulation, leading to pain and inflammation. During my treatments, I leverage visualization and intuition to pinpoint these problematic areas, applying targeted pressure to release stagnant blood and allow oxygenated blood to flow, promoting muscle healing and soothing inflamed nerves. In the last five years, I have expanded my repertoire to include various forms of therapeutic healing, such as energy work. Modalities like Reiki and Crystal healing have proven effective in chakra balancing, alignment, and clearing blocked energy systems, which can manifest as physical ailments. During each session, I enhance the healing experience by infusing my massage table with quartz crystals, amplifying the resonance and vibration of the selected floor crystals tailored to address your specific needs.
