We've observed a common phenomenon in our practice: patients expressing frustration that their toxin isn't lasting as long as it once did. To address this issue, we strongly recommend initiating treatment with Xeomin. This purified, non-immunogenic protein prevents resistance when used initially, and we also suggest waiting a minimum of four months between treatments.
