Poke is a member of the People's Organization of Community Acupuncture or POCA for short. POCA is "a multi-stakeholder cooperative, POCA's goal is to make acupuncture available to as many people as possible and to support those providing acupuncture to create stable and sustainable businesses and jobs." Do you struggle with overwhelm? Are you feeling exhausted? This class is for you!

Join Joni on Wednesdays at 5pm for a hatha yoga class with emphasis on nervous system regulation. It’s useful, but not limited to those dealing with brain fog, sleep and digestive disturbances, hormonal shifts and/or pain. We want to offer you tools to help combat the overwhelm and burnout that often accompanies navigating our fast paced and demanding world.

Joni Cooke has been a Registered Shiatsu Therapist for over 30 years, helping people learn about their bodies, release tension and trauma, and find their strength and length. She is a contact dance teacher (and forever student) as well as a serious practitioner of yoga and meditation, both of which she does daily. Joni has the yogi’s intuition and training to help people feel into deep somatic work and pull them out of fight or flight. She can be your ally in doing the inner work that you’ve been “poking into” in the chair with the team of acupuncturists at Poke.
