Meet Emer! Originally from Ireland, she joined our administrative team in January and is our main gal for all things billing, emails and scheduling.

Emer is currently in law school and also works at Cin-Cin Downtown. She spent a few years living in Whistler where she was a manager at Bar Oso.

She’s super friendly, whip-smart, we are so lucky to have her on our team!

When we heard our physio Sarah thought Seymour was “the best snowboarding she had experienced”, our physios decided it was a good idea to take a Monday off for a day of boarding at Whistler🏂

Mother Nature treated us well and it was an epic spring day ☀️

Sarah was a rockstar on her board - she’s definitely on her way to being a BC local 😉

As spring approaches, many have their sights set on running more and training for some of the great races we have locally.

The work is ALOT right now 😳 Making sure you are taking time to include activities that calm your nervous system is important self care. Massage therapy is a great addition for most as touch can be very calming, especially with a trained massage professional.

This past year we spend A LOT on f time during our physio treatment sessions discussing with clients how we could best support them in starting a weight training routine.

For humans (yes, all of us!) getting started in a new habit or routine is the hardest part.

What support could you live up for yourself to make a regular gym routine a reality for you in 2026?

Some ideas:
1. get support to help keep you accountable and have someone who is routing for you and there to high five you when you hit your marks (we can help with that part 💪🏼)

2. start small: make your new routine easy to fit in. You don’t need to start with 1-2 hour workouts. Even 20-30 minutes of specific exercise that is designed to target your needs is great (we can also help with that 😉)

3. Be kind to yourself and treat yourself like a friend that you are supporting. This is challenging, make it somewhat enjoyable and give yourself a break.
