Say hello to your new coach, Kasia 👋

Kasia’s fitness journey began in Poland, where she earned her Diploma in Physical Education at the renowned Bronisław Czech Academy of PE.

Her passion for movement then took her to Ireland, where she graduated with First Class Honours in Exercise & Health Fitness from the University of Limerick.

🌍 With 15+ years of experience coaching women across Europe and Canada, Kasia brings expertise as a Certified Personal Trainer, Classical Pilates Instructor, and TRX Suspension Training Instructor. Her sessions are purposeful, empowering, and always fun.

Kasia also coached with us back in 2017 and 2018 before moving out of town, and we’re so excited to have her back on the team today!

Fluent in Polish and deeply dedicated to women’s wellness, Kasia is here to help you feel strong, confident, and unstoppable 🔥.

She’s a Certified Personal Trainer (NASM), Precision Nutrition Coach, NCCP Youth Triathlon Coach, Schwinn Cycling Instructor, and a triathlete herself 🏊‍♀️🚴‍♀️🏃‍♀️. Plus, she’s fluent in Portuguese 🇧🇷!
