Graduation from Bodynamic Somatic Psychotherapy Training.

I am excited to bring this skill set to my movement therapy work and also offer private individual sessions.

I am excited to share, I have opened a new studio with my partner Hana Rutka. Our studio is called Enliven Pilates based Movement Therapy. We opened June 1st and soon to launch our new website in the next week or so!

It has been a wonderful opportunity and I am so deeply grateful for all the support from family and friends as I embarked on this new venture. Hana has been a joy to partner with.

It's a small private studio and our vision is to run it as a movement collective that supports an intimate team of teachers who run their own business out of the space.

Dear Friends and Family,

India, especially the town of Rishikesh, has been a second home to me, the town and its people have a very special place in my heart.

I am in contact with Emma, a Uk woman living in Rishikesh doing wonderful grassroots volunteer work to help get food to the hungry.

All money raised is used directly to buy food and distribute it to those in need.

NOTE: There are NO ADMIN costs, Emma is working out of her loving, caring heart to help others in need. (She independently supports herself).

Thanks for your consideration in helping me to support the people of this town / as they have helped and cared for me in past years.

Really loved this short talk by R R Shakti phd (thanks to the Hanuman Academy). She discusses what is the Shadow? That when we can’t see our shadow how it has a destructive nature. The need to work with our shadow and the time is NOW!
