Say hello to Jefferson 👋👋👋

Years ago, Jefferson realized he was standing in his own way. Life felt heavy - physically and mentally. So he made a choice: to learn, grow, and lean into discomfort. Over the next decade, he lost 80 pounds and completely transformed how he approached food, fitness, and mindset.

Today, Jefferson is certified in both fitness and nutrition (including Precision Nutrition and NCI Level 1 & 2), and is passionate about helping others build sustainable, meaningful health habits. His specialties include body recomposition, nutritional literacy, functional strength, and pain-free training.

He believes that change doesn’t have to be extreme – just intentional.
