Classic LifeCare was proud to be part of the Senior Fair in Prince George!

We had the opportunity to connect with seniors, families, and other care providers, sharing resources about how we can support independence and quality of life. It was also a wonderful chance to meet other organizations and learn about the many supports available in the community.

Thank you to everyone who stopped by our booth- we loved connecting with you!

Emergencies don’t wait- and neither do we. Our Calgary team recently hosted a hands-on CPR training session to help our caregivers stay confident, certified, and ready for anything.

From practicing life-saving techniques to connecting as a team, the day was a win for both professional growth and community building. And if you couldn’t attend, don’t worry- we’ve made online CPR re-certification available too!

Classic LifeCare had a great experience at the Alberta School Boards Association’s Spring General Meeting on June 2 and 3.

We heard from the Honorable Demetrios Nicolaides, Minister of Education and Childcare, and met inspiring advocates like Paul Bercier of the Métis Nation of Alberta. Paul brought 300 books focused on Indigenous stories and values — and left with none, as trustees and school leaders embraced the message with open arms.

We were also introduced to Dr. Vivian Abboud, CEO of ASBA, and had great conversations with Jim Watters, Trustee for Red Deer Public Schools.

We're proud to be part of important conversations shaping the future of education in Alberta.

In memory of the lives lost at the Lapu-Lapu Day Festival

Classic LifeCare at Winterfest 2025! ❄️

Despite the chilly weather, we had an amazing time connecting with the community at Winterfest 2025! From snow painting to decorating snowmen, it was a fun-filled day for families. We were thrilled to see so many kids enjoying the activities we offered, including coloring sheets and wooden buttons.

Our team also visited the B2B Expo at the Civic Centre, connecting with local businesses like Humble Home Care, Comfort Keepers, and Spirit of the North. It was great to network and share insights with other community partners!

We were honored to hear our name announced several times by the radio stations, and we couldn't resist the free hot chocolate and s’mores to keep warm!

We’re looking forward to more community events and continuing to connect with local businesses and partners. Stay tuned for more ways we’re engaging with the Prince George community!

Classic LifeCare Steps Up for the Coldest Night of the Year!

The Coldest Night of the Year (CNOY) is a winterrific family-friendly walk that raises funds for local charities supporting people experiencing hurt, hunger, and homelessness. Since 2011, this incredible initiative has raised over $75 million across 190 communities in Canada—and every dollar stays local!

This year, members of the Classic LifeCare team joined the cause! Britney (Business Growth & Development) and Madison (Clinical Nursing Supervisor) braved the cold with their families, including Britney’s two children, Mazzy & River, and Madison’s mother, Tracy Neuman. Tracy, who is the Director of Development at Luna Child & Youth Advocacy Centre, has been a dedicated advocate for vulnerable youth, and we’re proud to support this important center through our Classic Cares initiatives.

Beyond walking the walk, Classic LifeCare also donated essential backpack items to the Luna Centre, helping children and youth in need. Learn more about Luna’s vital work here: https://www.lunacentre.ca/resources

We’re honored to stand alongside our community, making a difference—one step at a time.
