This is a pic of Mary giving me some Thai massage love! When I was travelling around Thailand, I had many massages. It was my first intro to massage, and later give me the push I needed to go to college :) I love this technique, and I encourage you to try it out!

I usually take my massage courses near Vancouver, this time it was in Calgary. A nice change with a new group of people! Vodder recommends taking the lymphatic therapy review every 2 years to keep our skills and knowledge fresh. It’s a very gentle technique, but has to be performed properly to be effective. It was cool to meet people who have been offering MLD for 10-20 years.
